Thanks for your podcast on WiDS/WiPS, one of my favorite security subjects. Wade was referring to Karma. Something similar I tested is called KarMetasploit. It is based on Karma's concept. AirMagnet WiFi Analyzer WiDS sees it as a Fake AP, good it is detected ! I've been using AM WiFi Analyzer to validate how other WiPS respond to attacks, it is a must have tool for a wireless professional. The hardest part in testing WiPS is to be able to trigger all the signatures it supports. Lots of different tools are required (and time).
